Their charge is simple on paper, if more complicated in practice; they are to determine if an action or law is constitutional or unconstitutional, and not whether it is economically sound or economically not sound. If an action or law is deemed to be wrong for constitutional reasons but also prove to be economically unsound then the Justices’ ruling is clear. But, there needs to be ethical standards for those who are willing to lend money,especially at above premium. Perhaps the purpose of this money was for anything illegal, if the lender doesn't care where the money is going, could it be funding terrorism?
